Proverbs 19:9-11

⁹ A ^(A)false witness will not go unpunished,
And he who ^[a]tells lies will perish.
¹⁰ Luxury is ^(B)not fitting for a fool;
Much less for a ^(C)slave to rule over princes.
¹¹ A man’s ^(D)discretion makes him slow to anger,
And it is his glory ^(E)to overlook a transgression.
